PROJECT EARTH 2020 IS NOW CANCELLED

Unfortunately, we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel Project Earth 2020. Following increased and overwhelming concerns about the COVID-19 virus, we felt this was the best way to proceed during such an unprecedented global situation. We’re very disappointed that we are unable to hold this event, but we know it’s the right decision based on the information we have today.

Our team will be providing full refunds over the next few days for all Ticket Purchases, Volunteer Deposts, and RV Applications. As this was scheduled to be the final Project Earth, we currently do not know what the future will hold for 2021. We are now all in the Great Unknown.

Please stay healthy and joyful. Take care of yourselves and each other! And thank you so much for all of your countless support through the years. We will be in touch soon with more information!

Love!
All of us at Be The Change Charities

Here are the guidelines and park policies.  Please care for yourselves and each other. We are a big family and we need to preserve our fantastic playground in the ancient oaks.  Thank you!

2020 WATER POLICY…

In order to be more environmentally conscience, we will not be selling bottled water at this year’s festival. We are encouraging people to bring their own reusable water bottles. There will be water stations in the park where you can re-fill water bottles free of charge. Thank you for your support in this as we try to move towards less waste in the park for the benefit of Mother Earth.

2019 HARMONY PARK POLICY for Fire Performers

For safety and insurance reasons, only approved fire performers will now be allowed to perform with fire at Fire Camp.  This is the only area where it will be permitted.

  • Performers must be approved by the Fire Coordinator (Tyler Drumm) who will be in charge of distributing Fire Wristbands.
  • Performance is only allowed in the Fire Camp Area and only during specified times with safety spotters.
  • To apply, performers must carry their own Fire Performance insurance (annual policy or event specific), and list Harmony Park INC and Be The Change Charities 501(c)3 as additional insured.  A copy of the policy should be emailed to Tyler at tqdrumm@gmail.com  (for more info on this, please contact Tyler)
  • Once approved, Tyler will give you a wristband on site and coordinate with you about performance times.
