TICKET SELLING INFO

INSTRUCTIONS FOR TICKET SELLING

If you would like to sell or transfer your ticket, please contact Ticketbud (help@ticketbud.com) from the email address associated with the ticket holder. Ticketbud is only authorized to change ticket information if the email requesting the change matches the current ticket holder email on file. If you are unsure if you are the ticket holder, please see the ticket holder vs ticket purchaser question below.

When contacting Ticketbud, please use the subject line “Project Earth Offline Sale/Transfer” and include both your name as well as the name and email of the person your are selling/transferring the ticket to. Ticketbud will then change your information to the new ticket holder’s information. Once this is complete, the ticket will now belong to the new ticket holder and can only be sold or transferred by this new holder. Ticket holder information will be verified on-site to confirm the ticket holder is the proper owner of the ticket.

If you have any questions about this, please contact help@ticketbud.com.

What is the difference between a “Ticket Holder” and a “Ticket Purchaser”?
The ticket purchaser is the person who actually purchased the ticket(s) online. There can only be one ticket purchaser per transaction. A ticket holder is the person whose information is associated with a specific ticket. For example, if you buy tickets for yourself and two friends and enter unique names and emails for each person, you are the ticket purchaser as well as a single ticket holder. Your two friends are ticket holders as well for their respective tickets.
